Machine Operators

Temp-to-hire positions that offer 40 hours a week plus the opportunity for overtime. We are hiring for 12 hour rotating shifts that include weekend shifts AND hiring for regular 8 hours A, B , C shifts Sun through Friday w/ Overtime expected at least twice a month on weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow work instructions and complete product log sheets
  • Operate plastic injection mold machine
  • Trim excess pieces of plastic using hand tools
  • Perform visual inspection of final product
  • Package product and stack boxes on skid
  • Maintain quality of the product while working in a fast-paced environment

Required Competencies, Skills and Experience:

  • Prior Plastic Injection Mold Machine Operation experience is preferred but not required
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
  • Solid work history and good attendance is preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Have reliable transportation

CNC Operators and Programmers

Currently hiring for CNC Programmers and operators for the Rochester and Victor Area

Pay varies based on experience


  • Will be responsible for the set-up, operation and basic programming of both CNC Mills and Lathes
  • Study prints and sample parts to determine machine sequencing
  • Utilize calipers and micrometers to determine dimensions and tolerances
  • Monitor speed and feed of machines during process
  • Perform inspection and quality control to determine any defects
  • Maintain machines as needed


  • All skill level considered
  • Be skilled at programming at the machine using code (M and G)
  • Must have strong math skills
  • Must be able to operate and set-up machines, programming is a plus
  • Mastercam experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to work independently

Material Handlers

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience/Skills)

  • Must have reliable transportation (not on a bus line)
  • Ability to operate fork lift, crane, and truck, required
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of warehousing experience
  • OSHA Forklift and HAZMAT certification a plus
  • Must be able to up to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to use hands and feet simultaneously and for repetitive movements
  • Must be able to operate a computer to use Microsoft office tools and company software
  • Communication skills, both oral and written, are essential
  • Basic math skills are required


  • Unload trucks, trailers, containers of freight, counting products, and compare to manifest to check all shipments
  • Ensure that the correct product number, quantity and type (lot, batch, serial number) of product are picked. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms
  • Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure out-going shipments are complete and correct
  • Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements
  • Assist in physical inventories, cycle counts and ensure proper stock rotation
  • Repair and consolidate damaged goods as required
  • Operate shrink-wrap machine
  • Performs other duties as assigned7am-330pm.

Assemblers/Warehouse Assistants

We are looking to fill immediate openings for Assemblers/Warehouse assistants. These positions require the ability to assemble units according to specifications and perform assembly control plans and procedures. Responsible to perform duties in the areas of production, shipping/receiving, warehousing and inspection.


  • Determine quantity of units required for an order and take inventory of parts
  • Resolve quantity discrepancies with crib attendant prior to initiating assembly process
  • Assemble units and perform visual check on all parts of all units
  • Test units for proper operation
  • Make necessary corrections or substitution of parts to eliminate defects and reassemble
  • Transport component parts from and finished units to stockroom

May be required to perform additional or alternate duties under the direction of the supervisor as needed


  • Must be physically able to lift products, bend and twist, stand on concrete floor for duration of shift
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Good aptitude and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work with others as a team player and independently

Sales Support Administrator

Works collaboratively with sales, procurement, operations, and accounting to ensure unsurpassed sales support.

Experience: Must have 2+ years in sales support or administration working directly with inside and outside sales teams.

Job Duties:

  • Process purchase and sales orders in CRM database accurately and timely
  • Point of contact for other departments for purchase and sales orders
  • Follow up with vendors for tracking on shipments
  • Process vendor return paperwork for items failed by the test department
  • Maintain updated information in the shipping & receiving queue
  • Notify sales representative of order delays/problems
  • Escalate order issues to sales support manager when necessary
  • Assist other members of the sales support team as needed
  • Source product and contact vendors for pricing and availability of product
  • Answer main phone line as needed
  • Other duties as assigned to assist team

Additional Job Requirements:

  • General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
